食在西班牙~~ Iberico & Co.
踏入四月, 我仲有生日飯gathering未吃呢!! 一大班人, 當然要揀個好食好飲的地方. 於是我提議要吃西班菜, 特別要食多款tapas.
心水揀了位於Soho區的 Iberico & Co. 地點位於soho 扶手電梯旁, 不但方便, 進去地方暗暗的, 幾有氣氛.
起初人唔算多, 見朋友未到, 所以睇住menu先. 飲品menu都幾多, 特別係sangria, 也有10多款. 問問waiter原來呢度happy hour係20:00前, 價錢都平唔少架!! 我們先點了1 L Passion fruit sangria ($240). 內有 White Wine, Passion Fruit Puree, Triple Sec 及 Pineapple, 果味較重, 似一般 Cocktail.

之後朋友到齊, 點了好幾款Tapas: Pan roast padrón peppers with sea salt($87), 是巴塞隆那著名小吃. 呢個好味, 唔好以為放左咁多sea salt會鹹, 一點都唔鹹, 而且青椒好青甜.
Crispy deep fried pigs’ ear with spicy caper mayonnaise ($55), 呢個好好味!! 而且好脆又有0趙口.
Crispy cider roasted pork belly with apples (from 7pm onwards, $97), 呢個我就覺得好好味, 與apples好match. 皮香脆口, 超讚!! 不過就細碟左d, 只因pork belly 只有4件.
Paella spicy chorizo & seafood ($338), 好少食到同西班牙食的paella水準差唔多. Seafood滿多, 而且有spicy chorizo. 汁也很濃, 呢個好好味.
之後我地坐下坐下全餐廳都滿座了. 我地再多點了1L black fruit sangria ($240), 由 Red Wine, Currant Vodka, Triple Sec 及 Mixed Fruit Pure調製, 呢個酒味較香濃. Dessert time到啦!! 因為食完都有點飽, 所以點了兩個dessert.
Churros with 72% Coca Chocolate Sauce ($70), 朱古力醬用上72%的黑朱古力製成, 可可味果真甚為濃郁. 好可惜朱古力醬一小碟, 唔似係西班牙咁一整杯朱古力放在你面前. Churros本身也不夠外脆內軟, 有點失望.
Dark chocolate mousse, chocolate crumble, whipped cream & port syrup ($70), 呢個有好香濃的朱古力味, 不過都係普通款式.
Spicy Meat Balls with Rustic Vine-Ripened Tomato Sauce($89), 不過呢個都有少少普通.
Estrella beer-battered pumpkin with spicy peri-peri sauce($75), 雖然係tapas size, 但有好多塊.金黃色的南瓜球炸層脆而不厚, 咬開後南瓜肉保持清甜不膩. 唔錯唔錯!! Crispy deep fried pigs’ ear with spicy caper mayonnaise ($55), 呢個好好味!! 而且好脆又有0趙口.

到主菜啦!! 我地order了兩款: Portuguese fisherman’s stew with white wine, potatoes & parsley ($206). 葡式海鮮雜煨: 中間有青口、蜆、魷魚、蝦和魚肉堆得滿滿十分足料, 邊旁還放了幾片麵包, 可以點上蕃茄蓉和湯汁吃, 味道少少酸而輕輕帶辣, 都幾開胃架!!

今個生日飯真係大滿足呢!! 一直念念不忘的西班牙菜, 終於都可以係香港食到那個感覺啦!!
